We're Red Soda. We started as friends at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and we've been playing weddings live ever since. Our String Quartet at the aisle, our singer over dinner, then our band and a dance floor that's packed all night.

Many Red Soda musicians have performed on some of the world’s biggest stages alongside internationally renowned artists. Today, they bring that same experience, professionalism and passion to weddings and events across Sydney.
Who We Are
Music is our full-time job, and every one of us is degree-qualified. Sydney is where we started, as students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Since then we've studied at schools including Juilliard, Berklee and the Royal College of Music, and some of us have played with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
Some of us have performed with Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, Justin Timberlake, Kylie Minogue, Delta Goodrem, Michael Bublé, Daft Punk, Hugh Jackman, Sir Paul McCartney and Lionel Richie.
Weddings are still our favourite gig. We've never missed a wedding we were booked for.
We Go Together Like Champagne and Bubbles
You can't fake that kind of chemistry. We're close friends, and we've been performing together for years, so we're not strangers meeting for the first time at your wedding. You can tell by the fun we have with you when we play.
Music that moves you: first to tears at the ceremony, then as you tear it up on the dance floor. Being part of your wedding day is what we love most.
How We Work
You choose your singer. Watch each of our singers perform and pick the one you love. Your Band Manager confirms your singer is available, then we build the band around them, with musicians they play with every weekend.
You get a Band Manager. One person looks after you from your first question to the last song. Couples tell us it's one less thing to worry about.
You build it yourself. The Package Builder has more than 100 combinations, and your price updates as you go.
You watch before you book. Over 30 hours of video. Our strings play from a library of almost 1,000 arrangements of today's biggest songs, written exclusively by us. You won't hear them played this way anywhere else.
Why We Film Instead of Running Showcases
We used to run live showcases. As we got busier, they started getting in the way of our actual weddings, so we put that energy into filming instead.
Now you can watch us from your couch, at midnight if you like. Watch with your partner, your Mum or your planner, then come back to your favourites whenever you want. Many couples spend 20 to 30 minutes in there, picturing the doors opening and their first dance. It's the closest thing to being in the room.
The Dance Floor Is Our Favourite Place
This is where we shine. We play your first dance live, read the room, and keep the dance floor full all night.
Reception dance floors are our specialty, and the brief is always the same: pack the dance floor. Choose a DJ Combo, where we play live for drinks and canapés, dinner and your first dance, then hit the decks. Or go all in with a live band, anywhere up to a Nine-Piece Band. Don't skip the sax: it changes everything.

Your Band Manager confirms your singer is available and answers your questions. Your deposit secures your date.

Send your song choices 8 weeks before the day and your timeline 14 days before.

We're set up before your guests walk in, and we play your first song to your last.
Saturday nights are always snapped up first.
